About: Knowsley NHS Walk-in Centre, Huyton

(as the patient),

I suffer from panic attacks so having my blood taken can be a traumatic time for me. Now I go to the phlebotomists at Nutgrove Villa and due to their patience and friendliness I can go and have my blood taken on my own without any fear whatsoever. Gina was so understanding and really put me at my ease. Also a Jimmy Doyle when he used to do the bloods where was ever so patient too.
