About: Leicester General Hospital

The service is very good when you are being seen and the staff are all very helpful and polite. The problem is the phone service. For several days I have being trying ring but the phone is never answered by a person and the mailbox is full so I cannot leave a message; I want to attend the drop in service as I beleive our CPAP machine needs replacing as it is coming up with a messsage about the moter life has exceeded its life span.I am told to ring first but if there is nobody there I have made wasted journey.

I noticed from other reviews patients seem to have the same problems with their calls not being answered. Perhaps that is where some thought to improvement could be implliemented.
