"First Rate GP Service in Crouch End"

I have been a patient at the Vale Practice for over 2 years and I am so impressed by the service. It is extremely well managed. It is always possible to see someone if I need an urgent appointment. For instance I was about to go abroad and suddenly had an infection. I rang and that day I saw a practice nurse who was able to prescribe an antibiotic. When I had a problem with my hip I was quickly seen and put on a list to have a hip replacement.

The practice web site is well designed. The staff at the front desk are friendly and courteous. And it is always possible to reach the surgery by phone.

I have seen 3 different doctors and they have all been excellent. They listen and take the time to answer any questions I have.

I have lived in several countries and I think this is the best GP practice I have every attended. I only wish all practices could be so efficient and well managed.
