"Caring and efficient"

My wife and I have had two significant events involving our surgery this year: we had a miscarriage and I broke my ankle.

At both times, our GP called us to offer condolence, and provide useful information.

Unsurprisingly, neither of these events occurred at the surgery, but in both cases it is worth noting that the surgery had received, read and responded to our paperwork extraordinarily rapidly and compassionately.
