Response from Paul Cannon, Head of Administration, Acute Services Division, Greater Glasgow & Clyde NHS

Thank you for letting us know that you appreciated what the staff did for your late father, Please accept my condolences on your sad loss.

I can only suggest that you speak to your GP about how you are feeling, there are many support groups who will be able to help you through this difficult time, and your GP will be able to put you in touch with the most appropriate support network. Losing a loved one is a very stressful event but there are services and networks that can help you through this, your GP is best placed to help you do this.

I wish you well in the future.
