"My brother"

About: Heartlands Hospital / General surgery

(as a service user),

His operation has been cancelled 2 days before as his surgeon has took holiday. It’s a major operation and is much needed as his stomach is in his shoulder he struggles to breath 24 hours of the day this operation has been put back yet again as last time the surgeon went on holiday. He’s been waiting a year now for this operation it’s absolutely disgusting. I know it’s a complicated operation as he has problems with his heart, this should not stop the surgeon from doing this necessary surgery.
