What I liked

I am not the patient but a relative . i would just like to give some praise to your staff especially the receptionist on duty 19th March 2012 between 5pm-8pm .We were waiting for news of my mother after an operation this person was very helpful in asking the ward and actually coming over to us in the coffee shop to update us , this was especially helpful as we then felt that it was ok to be there and not pestering staff put us at ease . Whilst there we saw a very distressed family your lovely receptionist left their desk to come out and comfort the family something im sure they didnt need to do but did because they cared . I wish there were more people in this world like them , sorry i didnt get the name to thank them personally so please pass this on . Also the nurses on the HDU were very helpful and gave us the information we were waiting for and very understanding . So a big thank you to all will be back to visit later today kepp up the good work that you all do .
