About: St Marks Hospital (Harrow)

I will like to thank all the staff at the Endoscopy unit from the receptionist at the front desk for their very polite manner of dealing with patients as it is a great challenge being at the first port of call when patients arrive in the department.

I will like to thank all the nursing staff for taking their time to explain the process and reassuring those of us who are absolutely terrified.
