What I liked
Not that much! I was shuffled around from room to room without any explanation at all.
What could be improved
The staff showing some care and compassion would have been nice - the staff do work in the care sector (or so I thought!!!!).
The attitude of the GP I saw in particular could have been improved by him:
Not being rude. Showing some compassion. Apologising for a 4 hour wait. Not being rude when telling him I don't like tablets
Being told that I didn't need to come to the hospital after NHS Direct had told me to
"Hospital Comment"
