What I liked

Friendly, courteous, professional and sensible receptionist in A/E and the loveliest Sister that I have ever come across who was kind, reassuring, highly professional and seemed never to stop smiling, which was great to see. She was obviously well respected by her team and supportive of them and although the department got busier as time went on the whole atmosphere was one of caring well organised calm. All staff were courteous and caring towards myself and the other patients and the parts of the department that I saw were spotlessly clean. Thank you all very much.
