What I liked

I visited on Saturday 17th March for a procedure (colonoscopy). The staff were extremely friendly and pleasant and made the experience far more bearable than I had anticipated. Please pass on my thanks.

i am, to date at least, an infrequent user of NHS servcies. NHS gets a lot of negative publicity so i would like to help redress the balance a little. my experience was extremely positive.
