"A Fantastic Team Of People"

I am now recuperating from a partial knee replacement and cannot thank all of the staff at the BMI for the wonderful care provided. They kept me fully informed of everything at all times and were so extremely attentive without being invasive or patronizing. Every member of staff appeared to really take pride in the work that they did and most also had a lovely manner and sense of humor. Can’t thank you enough, certainly has put me on the right road to recovery. You are all stars xx
