"As always at Kings I felt reassured and..."

About: King's College Hospital (Denmark Hill)

What I liked

A short wait, seen by a friendly efficient doctor, who was very reassuring. As always at Kings I felt in safe hands and well looked after. All the interactions I saw between healthcare professionals and patients were genuinely caring and helpful.

What could be improved

Why is Jeremy Kile always on in the waiting rooms? I know its a small thing but I find that programme bordering on offensive.

Thank you for your comments and I am sorry that we did not respond at the time. There has been a glitch in our systems which we have now resolved. I am pleased to hear that overall your care at King's was good and particulary that staff were so caring. We do have mixed feedback about the televisions in the waiting rooms and I understand that people's tastes in programme choice differ. We are currently doing re-design work for our outpatient services and this issue will be reviewed at the same time. Thank you.
