What I liked
One doctor's adminstration staff is quiet careless, the appointment secretary don't keep the track well.
The nurse is given instruction by the doctor to see the patient after 6 weeks, they write on the request form 3 months, then after 3 months the patient turn up for the given appointment is informed after 2 hrs.that there was a confusion and the patient has to come after 1 month again.
They don't have any courtesy to say sorry and realization of pain the patient has taken to arrive 9.15am and paid taxi cost to be available, return paying taxi charges with no consultation and treatment.
This patient is suffering from liver disorder for last 5 months with no treatment given as yet.
What could be improved
If the liver needs monitoring then they can do it on computer by instructing the GP to take blood test in intervals and when action needs to be taken send the relevant and secure appointment and see the patient rather than correcting their books on expense of hospital and patient's time.
