What I liked

I took my youngest son to the minor injuries unit in march as he had fallen and badly hit his head.

The staff were informative and considerate, especially as he was very apprehensive about seeing a doctor.

We hardly had to wait at all to be seen and the lady concerned was courteous and kind. After examining my son, they even observed him playing for a further 20 minutes, just to confirm all was well.

I have to say that our experience of the facility was good and the staff concerned have my thanks and admiration for their professional service.

What could be improved

Nothing that I could advise, I was totally satisfied.

Anything else?

A grateful thanks from a worried parent, I could have not taken him anywhere better.
