More accurate advice on waiting times, attitude of staff, listening skills, basic knowledge of drug costs outside as don't need a script for £7.40 when can buy medicine for £1.52. (and it hasn't helped anyway) had already tried the treatment suggested

when asked about smoking replied in affirmative and then asked 'when was I going to give up that disgusting habit' and it was not relevant to my reason for attending hospital. was treated as if I had no knowledge of condition and there was no discussion over treatment. 5 days later problem still persists and I am certainly not going back
