What I liked

The staff at the Mayday A&E were helpful,even from the time we arrived; the receptionist went out of her way to help me find my daughter, who had been brought in with suspected broken arm (later confirmed). The doctors and nurses were all, without exception, pleasant, communicative and professional. Moreover, they were kind – finding me a chair while I waited, smiling, making reassuring conversation – just being nice people. Not what I was expecting for a Sunday at A&E…

What could be improved
