"Said they didn't know anything and could not help"

About: Adult community health services / Podiatry Wincanton Community Hospital

(as a service user),

Last September I had an appointment for podiatry treatment at Wincanton Community Hospital where I saw someone who took moulds of me feet. Since then I have heard nothing to say what would happen next and am waiting to hear about the inserts for my shoes for which the moulds were taken. Yesterday I called the hospital, they weren't very helpful, they said they didn't know anything and could not help.

Hi there,

I am so sorry to hear of this disappointing experience - this certainly isn't good enough and we are keen to find out what has happened here.

Please could you drop me an email on Emma.Davey@sompar.nhs.uk with some details about yourself so that I can speak to the service manager who will be very happy to help you.

Thank you for letting us know and hope to hear from you soon.

Best wishes,

Emma
