"Staff fantastic during knee replacement"

About: Inverclyde Royal Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I was very worried about my operation but I was made to feel I was the only patient who mattered. The nurses due very high praise was my angel Margaret from Inverclyde Hospital also the cleaner Maureen was very helpful, Simon the house manager was always in command. As was my surgeon Martin Buchan from Inverclyde, and all the other staff concerned. Can't wait to get my right knee done as I know what to expect, if I get the same service I'll be happy.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to provide your very thoughtful comments following your knee operation at the Inverclyde Royal Hospital.

It means a great deal to staff to read these comments, and I am very grateful that you did so. We will share your very kind comments with those involved.

Once again please accept my thanks for sending us these comments. I hope that your future care is as positive an experience as your recent surgery.

Paul
