(as the patient),

Every bit as good as the last time in December from the reception to the consultant and his staff.

I could not have asked for anything more.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to provide your very kind and thoughtful comments following your recent surgery at the new Victoria Hospital.

It means a great deal to staff to read these comments, and I am very grateful that you did so.

Once again please accept my thanks for sending us these comments. It was heartening to read that the high standards set in December were matched.
