What I liked

I came with my wife for her first maternity scan. We waited 2.5 hours before we got seen. When we asked for feedback why our appointment was late the staff were discourteous and rude. Most of the staff walked around lethargic and seemed to be unhappy and quite helpful. We didn't get a good feel of the place. It was hectic, dirty, hot, and the staff didn't seem to communicate well with each other. One Nurse was difficult to understand.
