What I liked

my wife nearly died on several occations after a horrific accident, the medical team that met her in the a and e dept were amazing, there must of been 10 - 15 people in to help her, i heard on person say to another "i thought you were on leave this week" they replied "i am but when i heard about this lady coming in i thought i should come in" that says it all to me, itu were fantastic and these people all made sure that i have a wife and our 4 children have a mam. highly recommended

Firstly, thank you for getting in touch and we apologise that it has taken us so long to respond. We have just changed the way we do this and assigned a member of staff to improve and be more timely with our responses. Thank you for sharing your story. This must have been an awful and very difficult time for you and your family following your wife's accident. We are so pleased you felt the emergency teams gave of their very best in caring for her. The experiences of our patients, families and carers are really important to us as it helps us to know what is important and where we can improve.
