"scary, impressed by staff but not enough of them!..."

Staff were kind and helpful.

What could be improved

I spent 3 days on eau ward. Staff weer very friendly and kind but not enough of them!!!! never seen people work so hard as them. they run up and down non stop especially the health assisstants and still manage to smile and treat us well but not enough of them to get to patients quick enough and everyon kept waiting a long time not really good enough for patients but dont think staff could have done more than they did just not enough of them. found it a scary experience and worry about using nhs in emergency. hope i never need to go back. asked if short staff and said no this is normal!!!
