Recently spent time in the Unit twice and thought all of the staff were exceptional in every way. They treated everyone with respect and professionalism.
They were attentive and informative. Important details and information were checked by each staff member, at each stage of the procedures and everything was carefully explained. Aftercare following my ops was excellent (including the welcome food & drinks!). I cannot fault any aspects of the experience. Thanks to all.
