"Very kind and swift with your care"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I just wanted to write to say a big thank you to the team at the Royal Alexandra's Ophthalmology clinic. They were able to see me very last minute last week for my eye which was extremely painful and irritating. I want to say special thanks to the Staff Nurse Kelly and Charge Nurse Haining. You were both very kind and swift with your care and  best of all I left with my eyeball fixed. Many thanks to you again.
