(as the patient),

On going in for my operation I was warmly welcomed which put me immediately at ease, thus allaying any fears I might have had. Everyone treated me with respect and couldn't have been kinder. Excellent doctor, nurses and kindly "admin" staff/maybe they are called domestics or auxiliaries!?! At my age this makes all the difference in the world!! My operation went well and everything was explained clearly and concisely. Altogether and very positive experience.
