About: Woodend Hospital / Pre-operative Assessment Clinic

(as a service user),

Went for my pre op assessment which I was unsure and anxious about as I didn't know what to expect.

I arrived early for my appointment and was taken on time, the nurses I saw were very friendly respectful and very helpful, explaining fully their procedures and also advised me of my forthcoming operation. I left fully relaxed and confident of being in such capable hands.
