What I liked

I don't know whether I chose the correct service/department, it should be the Endoscopy Unit. My partner Maureen. came in for tests on Thursday evening and was very nervous. However she has asked me to thank all the staff for their kindness during her stay. Even the cleaner asked her if she was OK, while waiting for the tests.

We hear lots of stories about the failings of the NHS, but we have an awful lot to be grateful for. Shame the coalition is not listening to the Doctors and Nurses etc, as our fear is that it's being set up to line the pockets of private providers,

Anyway a big thankyou to all the staff

Thank you so much. Your comments have been passed on to the Endoscopy team who were glad they were able to relieve some of Maureen's anxieties while she was having the tests.
