(as the patient),

I was suffering from underactive tyroid and put weight on with it when I went to doctors I asked if they could help me and they refered me to active lifestyles.

Since then I have never looked back, they talk and help you, eating excerise and talking you throw what you want to acheive, my active lifestyle helper as help me so much, lots of advice and help i now am loseing weight i have lost 1 stone 1 lb and feel so much happy in myself,
