"The NHS at its best"

What I liked

I had to visit MIU on a Saturday with my distressed 9year old son who had injured his wrist at the skatepark. We were booked into the system quickly, compassionately and efficiently and were seen immediately by a professional, caring and reassuring ENP.

My son was very impressed;

"They were very kind to me and provided me with what I needed. They didn't get stressed with me and not everybody is kind to children like them. I thought they were really very good!"

What could be improved

Fortunately on this occasion we didn't need an x-ray but what a shame that if we had on a Saturday we would have had to go to an A and E too.

Anything else?

Please pass on our thanks to the MIU team and in particular the ENP who treated my son.
