Had my knee replacement here ( ward 18 ) and from my arrival to discharge was treated with an exemplary level of care . Everything was fully explained and went as planned. I found the whole thing a positive experience . I believe this was achieved by treating every patient as an individual and with the highest levels of caring and professionalism . Although staff were very busy , that never ever came across , a feat in itself . I believe having such knowledgeable and caring staff , will help me on my recovery journey . I absolutely cannot praise each and every member of the ‘ team ‘ highly enough . I would , in future , and should the need ever arise , return with confidence in my treatment and care , thanks all
