"Comfortable, professional and overall a good..."

What I liked

The staff were courteous, professional and seemed to generally want to look after me. My consultant was charming and took time to explain the operation to me and what would happen and how I would feel, on the first day after my operation and second etc and he was right !

Rooms, were clean and functional, Sky TV a bonus. Food was perfectly adequate with a lot of choise with some nice curries.

What could be improved

I probably would have liked more time with my consultant and to see them earlier on my first day after my operation.

Anything else?

One catering lady was funny and had a wicked sense of humour, which was a really welcome distraction.
