"Teeth extractions under general anaesthetic"

About: Bromley Healthcare / Special Care Dental Service

(as a parent/guardian),

I was referred to Lakeside Health centre at first. My daughter has a terrible needle phobia. They made her feel at ease and calmed her every time we visited. Then after a few visits was referred to Beckenham Beacon, they were just as nice very relaxed and calmed my daughter down and made her experience a much nicer one. My daughter eventually had her treatment at Alan Cummings centre Farnbourgh Hospital, the care and treatment she received there was absolutely fantastic, I cannot fault any of the nurses they were all so lovely made her experience a better one. Thank you all so much for the kindness, it made things so much nicer all round.

Dear' Mooch'

Thank you so much for your encouragement - I want to tell you that your feedback is really important to everyone who was involved in sorting out your daughter's dental problems. Our aim is to help anxious children back on the road to feeling happier about seeing the dentist and to able to keep their mouth healthy and pain free.

I will ensure your comments are seen by everyone involved at Lakeside health centre, Beckenham Beacon and the Day Surgery Unit at the PRUH, Farnborough.

Thank you for making sure that the feedback reaches the correct nurses/doctors in dentistry. Hope this will encourage the staff to keep up the good work and keep looking after patients as good as they did my daughter.
