"Friendly staff"

had A few blood tests over the last few months and apart from the waiting time that obviously can’t be helped the actual staff are very friendly and make you feel at ease. Had to have a test done on Christmas Eve and they were all dressed as little elves and were in great spirits. Good job, well done x
