Too slow to react leading to complications and was not given any choice when action was taken. I later found out there where other better options available! Numerous complaints where not dealt with appropriately and just brushed under the table and I lost the motivation to fight for the apology that I and my son deserve. I chose to move on and forget about it so that we could start to enjoy our life and not dwell on things that no matter how many unfruitful meetings we could not change!!
