We were sent to A&E from the out of hours GP service with my poorly son on a busy Saturday afternoon. We were booked in, triaged promptly and seen by the doctor who was thorough in his assessment, kind and reassuring. We were discharged with good safety netting advice and our medication was ready in a few minutes.
