I had gone to my GP worried about my symptoms and I got an appt within 1 week.   The staff I met throughout my appt were absolutely amazing and caring as I received some bad news..

I am sorry to hear that you received bad news following your test. An endoscopy test can help identify issues, however the care team can therefore work together with a patient to put in place plans for treatment or management of care.

I appreciate that this will be an anxious time for you so thank you for taking time to comment on the care you received. I will ensure your comments are passed on to staff in the endoscopy unit.
