What could be improved

totally inappropriate aftercare with normal food after major bowel sugery causing constant sickness and malnutrition.

Repeated vomiting caused major discomfort and seriously delayed recovery. Nothing was done to provide an appropriate diet

Charts were lost resuting in missed medication.

Care was little short of negligent

Anything else?

I would not advise anyone to be treated as an inpatient at this hospital.
