"When someone is at their lowest, the Queen..."

What I liked

The enthusiasm, thoroughness and speed shown by the consultant since my first appointment with him is quite remarkable, he and his staff are a credit to the Queen Victoria Hospital, from the Sister who met me in the admissions Centre at 07.00, the consultant and his Operating Theatre team and the Nursing staff on Ross Tilley Ward, all were extremely friendly, professional and caring, I could not believe, that a top Surgeon would bother to come and see me at 20.00 that evening to see how I was and then for him to see me at 07.30 the following morning, to ask how my hand was, the consultant is certainly very dedicated. I have been in many a 5* Hotel where the service and friendliness wouldn't come anywhere near the professionalism of the Queen Victoria Hospital.

What could be improved

I can't think of a single thing that would need mentioning. The Hospital I found spotless throughout, the staff very professional, friendly and caring, the food I found very acceptable, with no complaints at all.
