What I liked

All staff were friendly as well as professional.The staff were compassionate and aware of making my wife feel included. She was in a side ward for seven weeks and never felt isolated. Her emotional and social needs as well as her physical needs were catered for admirably.

What could be improved

All nursing staff should be familiarised with specialised equipment. (Hickmann Line and pump) prior to use on ward.
