"Nothing but praise for the Rotherham continence service"

(as the patient),

Things have been brilliant since I started using this service. All staff I have met have gone out of their way to help, including coming to my home. Really bend over backwards. What's more, they are willing to have a laugh and a joke, which is so good when you are in pain.

Somebody always gets straight back to me when I leave a phone message, and are really jolly on the phone when I call up with my prescription.

All in all a first class service, couldn't do any better, and I have nothing but praise.
