"Very friendly staff"

About: Holme Valley Memorial Hospital / Day surgery

(as a service user),

The staff were very experienced, dedicated and professional throughout the whole of the experience from my first visit, operation and after care. They phoned the day after the operation to check that I was feeling ok. I found this very reassuring. I needed some stronger pain killers, which I was advised my husband could collect from the hospital that same day.   

Staff very friendly  and answered all of my questions.

My role at Locala is to listen to service users and understand how it feels to use our services. I report back to services and managers. I support to make change where needed. I really enjoy my job. Making a difference is important to me!
