"Care following bowel problems."

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Gastroenterology Pilgrim Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

I found blood in my faeces. Within 5 days I had a colonoscopy. Not pleasant but necessary. The blood was caused by haemoroids. A small polyp was also found and removed. All the staff were superb. My care at both Lincoln County and Boston was first class.

Dear antliamb75

Thank you so much for taking the time to post your feedback on the care you received in our Endoscopy Units, I am delighted to hear that you were dealt with swiftly and successfully treated. The staff in Endoscopy realise that the patients using the unit are usually quite nervous due to the procedures carried out so I am delighted to hear that you found them superb.

Once again may thanks

Julie Scott
