I have been treated with nothing but the upmost of respect by the ENT department for investigation of parathyroid disease. The staff are exemplary including the consultant, his outpatient nursing staff and nuclear medicine/ultra sound scan team.
I observed other patients being treated with respect and kindness even though the NHS is under immense pressure for resources and time.
