"Ultrasound of lump behind ear"

Was given an appointment within a week for a small lump behind ear. The department was quite busy but the staff were very efficient and friendly. The radiologist and nurse in attendance were fantastic, totally put me at ease, I was terrified that the legion was cancerous having had breast cancer 3 yrs ago. The female radiologist told me immediately that it was a harmless sebaceous cyst and completely benign. So relieved and thankful. Wonderful department, thank you.
