(as a service user),

I attended the Borders General Hospital recently, at Gynaecology outpatients. Just wanting to say how impressed I was by Dr Elizabeth, and nurse Caroline, who made a potentially scary and uncomfortable experience vastly better than it could have been. Their combination of efficiency and thoroughness with calm, cheerfulness and kindness was exemplary. I am very grateful!
