"Absolutely awful"

About: Ealing Hospital

No one answers telephones, appointment waiting times are months long and still they cancel without letting you know. The whole experience has just been a nightmare. You need medical care and just no care is provided.

I have been put through to numerous people now and no one can provide an answer of when my appointment is. The stress this is causing is horrible.
