"Not helpful and rushes me out"

About: Willesden Centre for Health and Care Clinic

I don’t get the help I need and I have been left with a bunch of pills even though I have been feeling suicidal and attempted.

I have been off work for truma, depression, stress, anxiety and physical health issues and still just a bag of pills and rushed out the surgery. They don’t answer the phones even though I was told to call if I need urgent care in peak times. My medication is not consistent because most times there’s is a cock up between the practice and the chemist (regarding a follow up medication) I have been suffering and none of them really cares as long as they get pay for the bad service.

It seems like this place caused more stress than fixing it
