"An exceptional practice."

I met with one of the doctors recently about stopping one of my medications, but subsequently had to resume.

On contacting the surgery to get my meds put back on repeat prescription, this was done with admirable speed and efficiency, and I received a text within an hour to confirm. I later needed to ask something further about the same subject and it was sorted in minutes - my meds were already ordered and waiting for me!

How good is that?

But this is what I've come to expect of the practice now.

Whatever contact I have, I am always left with a warm glow at the way I'm treated.

The staff are caring, helpful and professional, and I must make special mention of the ladies in the dispensary.

They are ever cheerful, and it's nice to be on first name terms with them.

I compare this with the experiences of relatives at other practices - even more reason why I think ours is 'exceptional'.
