"I like the advice I got given"

About: Inclusion Matters Wirral

(as a service user),

The treatment I received this time felt a lot better and gave me some techniques in handling my anxiety and depression, I also like the advice I got given on how to handle certain situations that make me angry etc.

Having said all this, I do feel like I'll need more cbt level 2 treatment or whatever the treatment was called that I recently received.

Hi romeocg83. Thank you for providing us with feedback. It sounds as though you found your treatment helpful in learning strategies to deal with your anxiety and depression. If you feel that you need further support in the future, we usually suggest that you practice what you have learnt in the sessions for about three months, and then suggest that you re-refer yourself if necessary. We can complete a new assessment after this 3 month period, and offer you the most appropriate treatment if you are suitable for the service. Best of luck with everything.
